All returned merchandise should include the original tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Items must be sent back packaged in a suitable way to protect contents.
Serge Jevaguine reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not adhere to our policy; such items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale merchandise is a final sale with no exceptions. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
